Mexico Holidays

Introduction

Mexico is one of the world’s most popular travel destinations, and for good reason. Travellers who book Mexico holidays can experience mountains, jungles, deserts, white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, ancient ruins, modern cities, and more. A flight from London to Mexico City takes between 11 and 12 hours, and the time difference is six hours behind GMT. The currency used in Mexico is the Mexican Peso.

Regions

Mexico City is a massive metropolis where travellers can find street food vendors next to five-star restaurants, colonial architecture and Aztec ruins beside gleaming shopping malls, and historic churches next to lively nightclubs. For those who can handle the traffic, crowds, and dust, Mexico City is an incredibly interesting and cosmopolitan centre.

Cozumel is a bit more toned down than Cancun, and a great place for families. The beaches here are lovely, and there are plenty of things to do during the day including scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming, fishing, and sailing. In addition, there is an excellent dining and nightlife scene in Cozumel.

For adventurous travellers, Baja California is a beautiful region on the western coast of Mexico that features stunning beaches, arid deserts, mountains, and rustic villages. This is a great place to go camping, hiking, surfing, whale watching, or deep sea fishing.
