You must have adequate personal travel insurance cover.
Your
Booking
Your ATOL receipt and supplier's invoice confirm your booking and you should
carefully check the details shown. Please contact us immediately if any are
incorrect.By agreeing to these terms you are stating that ages of all
passengers is correct at the time of travel. Flysearch.co.uk cannot be held
responsible for any discrepancy raised by a hotel or flight operator regarding
the ages of any passengers.
Baggage
Allowance
In most cases your baggage allowance will be 20kg on the scheduled flight and
15Kg on the low cost airlines, but this can only be confirmed on your tickets,
or by calling us in the event of tickets being collected at the airport.
Pricing and
Costings
All prices given, either by one of our travel consultants or advertised on this
website, are all subject to confirmation by the Tour Operator in question by
invoice after a booking has been made. Up until this time, all prices are
subject to availability and can increase or decrease from those advertised
until a firm booking has been made. Flysearch.co.uk cannot be held responsible
for any incorrect information featured, however, we take every possible measure
to ensure that all the details are correct at the time of entry. Child
discounts may apply and are based upon the child being of the required age on
the return date of travel. The prices shown will be based on certain occupancy
levels for the accommodation so in some cases supplements may apply. In many cases,
certain tour operators will add additional supplements at the time of booking,
e.g. Transfer fees in resort. These will be added to the total cost of your
holiday and will be advised to you before the booking is made.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. Payment is required in full
if your booking is made within 10 weeks of commencement. Payment of any
balances due must be made by the balance due date shown on your confirmation
invoice. Failure to pay in full by the balance due date can result in your
booking being cancelled and the deposit being forfeited. If you have any

Payment by credit card
A charge will be made for each credit card transaction, which varies from company
to company. There is no charge for debit card payments.
Cost of
Cancellations
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking, or part of
it, once it has been confirmed you must do so in writing or by email.
Cancellation charges can be up to 100% depending on the terms and conditions
which are laid down by suppliers with whom we arrange services on your behalf.
Any amendment fees or insurance premiums cannot be refunded and are payable in
full.
Cost of
Changes
Requests to change your booking after confirmation (e.g. transferring to a
different hotel, departure date or airport) may be made in writing, by
telephone or by email to us, but we are not bound to comply with such requests.
If additional people are added to your booking they are added on the
understanding that they have also accepted these booking conditions. Where we
can meet a request for a change to your holiday we will issue a revised holiday
invoice to confirm this.To avoid incurring booking service charges at a later
date, please remember to book all additional items when you confirm your
holiday. Subsequent amendments or alterations may incur additional charges.
Additional
Requests
If you have a special request for adjoining rooms, special diets, etc., please
indicate at the time of booking and we will endeavour to pass these on.
However, these requests cannot be guaranteed as they do not form part of the
holiday contract and any extra costs are payable locally. We cannot accept
requests for rooms with a particular view unless the supplement for that view
(e.g. lake view, south facing) has been paid and the room type confirmed on
your invoice.
Tickets
Once your holiday is booked and paid for, tickets will be dispatched by post,
normally within 7- 10 days of departure. All timings shown are based on the
24-clock system and all times are local based on time differences from GMT. It
is your own responsibility to ensure that you reach your airport of departure
and check in with plenty of time for your flight as stated on your tickets.
Tickets will be sent to the address advised to us at the time of booking. We
cannot be held responsible for delay or non-delivery of tickets due to postal
problems, but will endeavour to do all we can to assist in this case.
Ticket on
Departure
If you have booked your holiday close to departure, usually within 14 days, it
is likely you will have to collect your tickets at the tour operator's ticket
desk at your departure airport. Most tour operators will make a charge for this
service (TOD approx. £12 per person), and this will be advised to you at the
time of booking.
Passports
& Visas
Please check visa regulations with the consulate of the country you will be
visiting. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and
any visa that may be necessary.
Allow ample time when making visa applications and check for any changes in
visa/passport requirements that a country may make at any time. All children
who are not already included on a 10 year passport will need to hold their own
passport if they are to travel abroad.
Vaccinations
We recommend that you obtain from the Department of Health the D.O.H. leaflet
"Protect Your Health Abroad". It is also advisable to check with your
own doctor before departure as to which inoculations are necessary for specific
areas.
